When I logged on to LinkedIn this morning a new icon appeared on the Start a Post section that allows me to share news with my personal network.

People have been sharing job links to their personal feeds but now they can share a more structured piece of content in the form of a job listing. Here’s what the experience looks like;

I like the move of making these jobs more structured. It would be interesting to see how people will be able to search for this content. Will it be included on the LinkedIn job board for free?
