OutMatch, the leader in predictive talent and culture analytics, today announced Robin Stenzel as the company’s new Chief Solutions Officer.

Stenzel brings nearly 20 years of human resources experience across the manufacturing, retail, and service industries, and is a catalyst for high-growth and corporate environments. She will lead the solutions team, where her focus is to identify and develop innovative talent technology, and pioneer the future of HR with OutMatch’s robust data and predictive analytics platform.

PANDOLOGIC

PandoLogic, a leader in programmatic recruitment advertising, is pleased to announce its recent hire Tricia Etienne, who joins the company as the new Director of Media Sales. In this role, she manages business relationships with our media partners and works with new and existing partners to grow their employment category business.

Etienne is a veteran of the media space with 10+ years’ experience most recently as a Relationship Manager at Monster.com. She has also held senior positions at NOLA Media Group and Digital First Media in the advertising verticals. She has vast experience and expertise in strategically driving revenue and building employment strategy for clients. This along with her proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners has helped Etienne to make an easy transition into her current role at PandoLogic.

WORKHERE

WorkHere, the leading talent sourcing platform for engaging and delivering qualified hyper-local candidates to employers, today announced a strategic hire of its own designed to amplify the company’s growth trajectory. HR technology industry veteran Chad Fife has joined WorkHere as chief client and marketing officer (CMO). This is a new position for WorkHere, which leverages geofencing to connect jobseekers with actively hiring employers in specific locations.

As WorkHere’s CMO, Fife will fill dual roles. In addition to managing the company’s ad operations group, he will build a marketing team to support a growing sales force targeting employers with in-demand, high-volume jobs.

ICIMS

iCIMS, Inc., the leading provider of talent acquisition software solutions, has appointed Tom Martin as chief revenue officer. The 25-year technology industry veteran is responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within iCIMS’ sales and services organizations, guiding the go-to-market and customer retention strategies, and helping lead the company’s growth trajectory.

Prior to joining iCIMS, Martin held senior leadership roles in several organizations, including Hewlett Packard, Symantec, Rackspace, and Nuance Communications. In these roles, he accomplished a solid track record of building business strategies, driving growth, and leading operational execution. He brings a wealth of knowledge leading large global teams across IT hardware and software with a track record of sustained performance.
