If you haven’t noticed, there are a number of data points now being listed about companies and jobs on Google’s new job aggregator. Case in point, employer reviews are now showing up and have been for a while now. I’m not sure many recruiters are aware of this.

As you can see below ratings appear from Indeed, Glassdoor, CareerBliss and Kununu. The latter 2 are lesser known review sites but significant nonetheless. Services like Ratedly also provide similar aggregation of reviews.

As you think about your employer brand in 2018 be sure to stay on top of your ratings as they WILL affect your reputation in a tight job market.
