Summary of Key HR Job Trends Insights: Average minimum comp is $65.8K, mid comp is $74.2K and max comp is $82.8K, which have increased by $5,400, $6,700 and $8,000 respectively since January. November saw the highest average comp for the year so far. The Technology, Information and Media Sector has the highest average mid comp at $96.6K.
