- Randstad Sourceright Talent Trends survey finds employers are investing in AI technologies and employer branding to enhance hiring strategies. Based on a survey of more than 800 human capital leaders, Randstad Sourceright’s Talent Trends Quarterly found that 3 out of 4 employers are overhauling their recruitment strategies to simplify, accelerate and improve the hiring process for job candidates, with 46 percent increasing investments in technologies, including chatbots, human cloud platforms and predictive analytics. The move comes as tech-savvy millennials officially become the largest generation in America’s workforce and talent scarcity continues to be a pressing issue, pushing employers to implement new strategies that attract, hire and retain this growing group of first-generation digital natives.

Plum today announced the results of a year-long, real world studyinto the attributes of sales job seekers, and what sales hiring managers desire in applicants. Among the most surprising findings: although most sales professionals demonstrate highly assertive personalities, exactly 0% of sales hiring managers rank assertiveness as a top priority for sales job applicants.
