How Randstad Leverages #HRtech

Randstad Sourceright has a new video out that showcases how they leverage HR technology. I thought it was an interesting look at where recruiting is headed. Hint: it starts with Data.

The video below follows a talent advisor named “Emma” as she uses all the tool in their HR tech toolbox. It offers a deep dive for how chatbots, talent analytics, video interviewing and more are helping their recruiters to make “stronger human connections”.

Here at Randstad Sourceright, we believe real connections aren’t just made online or with algorithms. It takes empathy, intuition and instinct. That’s why we combine the power of today’s artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and predictive technologies with the passion of our talented team to create recruiting experiences that are inherently more human.

The global staffing firm has developed Talent Velocity, a cloud-based platform that provides companies with global access to Randstad Group’s advanced HR and talent analytics technologies. It combines many of their recent acquisitions.

Fueled by the Randstad Innovation Fund, Talent Velocity will be regularly updated by Randstad Sourceright’s Global Talent Innovation Center, which launched last year and tripled the company’s investment in data analytics and technology.

The platform brings together the following HR technologies:

“The booming HR tech industry has completely reshaped the recruitment process by breaking down traditional hiring borders, and expanding opportunities for employers and employees to tap into the global workforce,” said Rebecca Henderson, CEO of Randstad Sourceright.

“Talent Velocity takes HR tech to the next level by streamlining the power of today’s top AI, machine learning and predictive technologies into a single, integrated digital platform. This high-tech and high-touch talent acquisition model allows companies around the world to better manage their hiring processes, collect business intelligence and drive overall growth, while greatly improving the candidate experience. We look forward to rolling out this platform to our clients in the weeks ahead.”
