Building inclusive workplace cultures that allow employees to feel comfortable with bringing their full selves to work can be hard work in its own right, especially after so many years of a very different status quo.
For Pride Month, we were excited to conduct some research around companies in our industry that are doing that hard work well and leading the charge when it comes to creating safe and inviting workspaces for their LGBTQIA+ staff and candidates. While no workplace is perfect, and there’s still so much more work to be done, below are 10 examples of recruitment/staffing industry
