Hashtags
When you tweet, particularly when you tweet jobs, include #hashtags. Hashtags are “clickable keywords” within the Twitter ecosystem. They make your content more discoverable and give it context. When you post a job its best to hashtag that job with the #jobs hashtag. You might also hashtag the #city and #industry.
Now a job seeker can use the #jobs hashtag to filter out just job listings without tweets that also have the word jobs in them. You can also put hashtags in your user bio.
