We came across this job description yesterday that caught our eye. At the end this company (ShoeBuy) tells candidates WHY they should work there.
Every employer can learn form this job description. It’s highly important to differentiate your company by describing what you get when join your firm. We think every job description should contain a “Why Work Here” statement. Otherwise its just another job listing in a large pond.
In this particular example the only change we would make would be make the second paragraph the lead and just put an About” header on the first paragraph which should end the posting.
