Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are a major focus in today’s social and corporate worlds. As part of employer brands, corporations have recognized the importance of demonstrating a commitment to social impact. However, with the backlash against improperly implemented racial equity initiatives in the US and with some negative connotations attached to DEI, organizations have consequently been in the market for a new form of inclusion that is widely acceptable.
