There was a stat recently on LinkedIn that talked about how job postings of 300 words or less get more applicants. The folks at CyberSN a cyber security staffing firm seem to have taken that to heart. Take a look at their jobs.
They create very simplified descriptions with percentage/bullet points. These are the most sparse descriptions we’ve ever seen. Pretty cool.
