Nexxt brings on Heather Ranney as Vice President of Agency Channels
Nexxt, a recruitment media company, today announced that Heather Ranney has joined the company as Vice President of Agency Channels. With a proven track record for forming partnerships and alliances and a strong background of more than 20 years in the recruitment marketing industry, Ranney will lead Nexxt’s agency team and continue to scale Nexxt’s relationships and business with agency partners.

Prior to joining Nexxt, Ranney served as Agency Relations Director at Monster.com, where she was part of the Enterprise leadership team and was responsible for owning and growing agency partnerships. Preceding this position, she served as Director of Client Strategy at TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications where she developed and drove multi-million-dollar global recruitment marketing strategies, employer brand initiatives, and talent acquisition-related communications for Fortune 1000 clients.
Glassdoor Promotes Execs
Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites, today announced the promotion of two executives leading its product and sales functions. Annie Pearl was appointed chief product officer. Pearl will lead the product, user experience and design teams, overseeing the strategy behind growing and enhancing the Glassdoor platform. The company also named Kate Ahlering as chief sales officer. In this role, Ahlering will oversee all of Glassdoor’s sales operations across ten offices in seven countries.

DHI Group Names CRO
DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE: DHX) announced today Arie Kanofsky has joined as Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Kanofsky will lead DHI’s global sales organization, with responsibility for driving growth and expanding sales opportunities for its three services: Dice, eFinancialCareers and ClearanceJobs. Mr. Kanofsky will join DHI’s executive team and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Art Zeile.

Mr. Kanofsky most recently served as VP, Growth and Head of Sales for Smartlinx Solutions. Previously, he was the Chief Sales Officer for Sterling Talent Solutions and the Director of Sales for JobFox. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kanofsky was the co-founder and executive vice president of JobExpo.com (formerly CareerFairsUSA prior to its merger with JobExpo.com).
