Selling the Opportunity

It’s important to understand that a good opportunity means different things to different people.  It could be more money, a better title, learning and growth, benefits, a shorter commute, a more flexible schedule, a different work environment, and often a better culture or leadership style.  You’ve heard the quote, “people don’t quit jobs, they quit managers,” right?
