Recruiting Technology headlines

RICHMOND, VA. – Inclusively, a human-first employment platform built by the disability community to connect candidates with disabilities to inclusive companies and careers, is excited to announce its recent launch. Inclusively’s proprietary job matching technology gives candidates with disabilities the power to customize their job search utilizing ‘Success Enablers’ (also known as workplace accommodations).

Examples include assistive technologies (vision and hearing), telework/remote work, worksite accessibility, service/emotional support animals, modified methods, assistive services, modified work schedules, and job restructuring.

In addition to the job platform, Inclusively provides a customer success team that guides candidates and employers through the hiring process and employer training to ensure the success of the placements being made.

Co-Founder of Inclusively, Charlotte Dales, was inspired to create this platform by her cousin, who became the first licensed aesthetician in Florida with Down syndrome.

DALLAS, — OutMatch, a leader in digital hiring, today made three industry-changing announcements to further their goal of helping companies make data-driven talent decisions.

On the heels of last month’s acquisition of Launchpad, these investments further OutMatch’s position as a global leader in the digital hiring space and strengthen its commitment to providing customers with simple, smart, and human hiring solutions.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., — Eightfold AI today announced that it has raised a $125M Series D funding round. The funds will be used to expand and scale Eightfold’s leading AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform, a single solution for managing the entire talent lifecycle.

Using a single platform to address this critical area stands in direct contrast to the disjointed point solutions commonly found in the talent management space. As a direct result of Eightfold’s innovative vision and dedication, the company is now valued at $1 billion and works with customers across 110 countries, 17 industries and 13 languages.

Total funding raised to date by Eightfold AI is more than $180 million. Eightfold has more than quadrupled its sales since the last round of equity funding in April 2019. Eightfold AI’s customers, leading companies embracing this global talent transformation, include AirAsia, Bayer, Capital One and Micron.

“Our mission is to leverage our expertise in AI to provide the right career for everyone in the world,” said Ashutosh Garg, Founder & CEO at Eightfold. “The Eightfold team has spent the last four years developing a single platform servicing all talent lifecycle needs, bypassing single point solutions entirely. This is the future of our industry, and has already made Eightfold the go-to provider for industry leaders in every sector. We are grateful to our investors, customers and partners for sharing in our vision, especially at a time when the immediate focus is on the well-being of the global workforce.”

NEW YORK — Symphony Talent, a global company that helps organizations transform their recruitment processes and talent experience, just released SmashFlyX On-demand Interviewing as part of its recruitment marketing platform. The new module automates one-way video and audio screening and empowers recruiters and hiring managers to “meet” more talent in less time, better evaluating fit and skills.

Most virtual interviewing tools in the market are point solutions, providing third-party CRM integrations at best. With SmashFlyX, teams can now automate CRM workflows to prompt on-demand interview screening at critical times, like after a virtual event or to a specific pipeline if a related job opens. Recruiters can then access the recorded video and audio interviews right within the CRM talent profile.

“While this module enhances the screening experience for recruiters, it also drastically improves the candidate’s experience with a conversational interface,” said Lisa Bordinat, Symphony Talent’s senior vice president of assessments and customer care. “Video interviewing is new for a lot of people in our current environment, and if we can make it more approachable and less stressful, it’s a win.”

DENVER-TalentReef, a provider of talent management solutions, announced their integration with Jobs on Facebook today. This integration enables TalentReef customers’ eligible open positions to be visible and accessible to candidates on Facebook.

This integration enables businesses that are reemerging from the pandemic or businesses that are facing unprecedented high-volume hiring to reach Facebook’s 2.7 billion monthly users to hire the right applicants and scale their businesses quickly. This also makes job searching extremely convenient for candidates and provides a quick and simple application process.

The TalentReef platform now has the capability to push new eligible new job postings to Jobs on Facebook News Feed, Notifications and Facebook pages. Once potential candidates find and select the job posting, they will be taken directly to the employer’s career page to easily submit their application. TalentReef’s platform also tracks the number of applicants generated from Jobs on Facebook, as well as the outcomes (hired, not hired, etc.), arming employers with the data and analytics they need to make informed decisions based off applicant flow and candidate quality.

LOS ANGELES – MarketerHire, the talent marketplace and hiring platform that pairs the world’s top remote marketing talent with companies of all sizes, today announced it has raised $3 million in funding with strategic participation from the founders and senior executives at several leading digital brands, including Zillow, Thrive Market, FabFitFun, Seamless, Notion and others. This recent round brings MarketerHire’s total financing to $4 million. MarketerHire also announced today the launch of its MarketerMatch™ technology, a new data-driven algorithmic solution that based on millions of potential combinations intelligently narrows down potential freelancing talent to the most qualified marketing experts for every job.

“Today’s startup economy depends on the expertise of industry specialists as much or more than full-time generalists,” said Nick Green, co-founder and CEO Thrive Market, MarketerHire customer and investor. “For a lot of high-growth companies, it no longer makes sense to build a big in-house team; better to leverage the best specialists to get the job done, and MarketerHire enables that talent to be easily found and matched — and all remote.”

“Our goal is to make the very best minds in marketing accessible to all, delivering the right amount of the right marketer, right now,” said Chris Toy, co-founder and CEO, MarketerHire. “The MarketerHire platform does just that – while simultaneously creating unprecedented career mobility and optionality for the best marketers in the world.”
