So go ahead, follow your intuition. Guide and sell those candidates who you believe in, despite their grammar, typos, work history or interview performance. Care about the candidate as much as you care about the client. Learn what you can from failure and feedback to be a consultant.
And by all means, stop trying to pipeline for jobs that don’t exist right now.
