Jobs2Careers Opens API to Other Job Boards and Publishers

AUSTIN, TX–(Marketwired – December 14, 2016) – In a time of great change in the recruitment advertising industry, Jobs2Careers is looking to share (for free!) its programmatic advertising success with its partners by opening its suite of tools to niche job sites, publications, associations, and other job boards.

“We want to bring the Facebook and AdWords experience to recruitment marketing. Duration-based job postings are stagnating, and it’s clear that programmatic buying is the future of recruitment advertising. We want to help our partners bring programmatic options to their customers,” said Thad Price, VP of Product and Engineering at Jobs2Careers. “Our talented team has been fortunate to build a number of cutting-edge tools to help bring programmatic to the forefront. Now partners may leverage our predictive analytics and programmatic tools to commercialize their own products.”

Jobs2Careers’ “On-Demand Talent” platform provides a suite of APIs enabling partners to classify, predict, post, report, and bill for jobs on a pay-per-click or pay-per-application basis. Partners leverage Jobs2Careers’ fundamental building blocks to join the programmatic revolution without the R&D and opportunity costs of building internally.

Jobs2Careers made recruitment industry news in 2014 when it offered Pay-Per-Application as a job advertising solution. The company enabled recruiters to post jobs for free and pay only for completed applications. Since then, Jobs2Careers has continued to innovate and grow, doubling employee headcount year-over-year. The company recently made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for the third consecutive year.

“We are thrilled to maintain our high level of revenue growth year after year, and we want to do our part to support the industry. Everything we do at Jobs2Careers is to create more efficiency in the job advertising ecosystem. Sharing our technology with our partners is the next step in that evolution,” said Jobs2Careers CEO Bruce Ge.
