How to Write Right

There’s a lot of blah blah blah showing up in feeds and inboxes, from self-congratulatory boasts, to impersonal sales pitches, to dull dry “Abouts,” to yet another so-called “exciting opportunity!” (yawn).  But every once in a while, something captures attention that is interesting and compelling enough to ponder or act on.

When you need to write for Recruitment, whether it be a job ad, a social post, an outreach email, a candidate submittal write-up, or an office memo, it needs to work.  It needs to sell.  To compel action.  To gain buy-in.  What is it that will make people stop and pay attention?  Content?  Structure?  Style?  The right combination of all the above?
