Here’s a cool tool for anyone recruiting in the tech space. Oscar Mager has created a Google Data Studio Dashboard that aggregates public data salary & benefit data from sites like Companies, Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Levels.fyi. You can quickly sort the going rates for a number of positions by title, level, company and city as advertised by Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, LinkedIn and over 100 other companies. You can even view by date range.
By using the simple filters, you can narrow in on what competitive comp rates are, including base salary, stocks, and bonus. It’s a simple dashboard that contains a wealth of information you can slice and dice in various ways to get instant competitive intel. Very cool. Check it out here.
