Tips for Avoiding WFH Injuries and a Trip to the Chiropractor

Remote work has been consistently growing for more than a decade, but 2020 presented the most widespread, rapid push to virtual work in modern history.

One unintended consequence: employees developed WFH-related injuries in their home office settings. According to a survey from the American Chiropractic Association, 92 percent of the 213 responding chiropractors reported having more patients complain of back or neck pain, among other musculoskeletal issues in early 2020, after the stay-at-home orders were implemented.
