Lever, the talent acquisition software company, recently released the State of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Efforts: Progress, Priorities, and Opportunities report, uncovering major misalignments between employer efforts and employee perceptions of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the workplace.
