Is 2023 the year of the four-day workweek?

The push towards a four-day workweek has been steadily gaining momentum (Bernie Sanders even tweeted in support this week), and the latest research out of the U.K. confirms that a shorter workweek has no negative impact on employee productivity and company revenue. 

The large-scale, six-month pilot program — which included 61 participating companies and 3,000 employees — found that 92% of the organizations liked the four-day workweek so much that they decided to continue with the arrangement. 

Workers agreed to use a “100-80-100” model, which meant they received 100% of their pay
