You have a real passion for creating a best-in-class global people experiences and ideally some entry-level HR Generalist knowledge. You will be an integral part of our Global People Operations team responsible for all People & Culture (P&C) programs and initiatives for our +1,100 global team members across 4 continents. You will partner with global business leaders and P&C HRBPs and actively manage Performance Management, Performance Review Cycle, and Talent Development and Management processes and responsibilities.
