Prioritize Diversity to Attract More Qualified Applicants says Jobcase

Jobcase, a social platform dedicated to empowering and advocating for workers, today released results from its recent State of the Diverse Worker survey exploring opinions and beliefs toward diversity in the workplace. The findings indicate that diversity efforts benefit companies by attracting qualified candidates, but that attitudes appear slower to change among certain groups.
