The Member Home page sees over 3 million signed-in visits per month. In addition to showcasing jobs, the revised site architecture and header navigation now guides users to discover personalized content such as recommended companies, companies to follow, salary data, and blogs. Since its introduction, the updated Member Homepage has increased NPS (Net Promoter Score) by 10 points, showing a meaningful improvement in the overall user experience.
