McGowan Charitable Fund, a family foundation dedicated to furthering the compassionate philanthropy and the ethical leadership of William G. McGowan, in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), is pleased to announce the first‑ever “Ethical Leader of the Year Award,” to be presented by the William G.
