2020 has been a harsh year for Americans, as well as the rest of the world. US COVID-19 cases have hit the grim milestone of 10 million. Add in labor market upheaval, plus a wild election year, and you have one tense country. The word “fatigue” doesn’t even begin to cover it. We wanted to know how job seekers are feeling now, nearly 8 months after the initial COVID-19 outbreak and its resulting recession.
