Given that 76% of job seekers and employees say that inclusion efforts in the workplace are important to them, it’s readily apparent that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) has become imperative for companies. To this end, organizations are looking for strategies and solutions to eliminate bias within recruitment and hiring processes.
