The exodus of women from the workforce created opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors to address the needs of their workforce, tackle stress and create a more flexible workplace. At the Women in HR Tech Summit closing session, titled “Rising Through Change: Leadership for the Road Ahead,” the senior leadership team from SAP SuccessFactors said that their first job in promoting women in the workforce actually is helping those who left it to be caretakers during COVID-19 and the subsequent lockdown.
