Others fight back when they are rejected, sometimes with foul language—at least, that’s been the experience of one seasoned recruiter.

Meet Tiffany Dorsey, Human Resources Manager and Global HR Project Manager at Pulcra Chemicals in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Like many HR professionals, her work has been varied, but recruiting has been a critical aspect of that work.
