A mindset of resilience is:

The capacity to continue to develop despite disruption – for example, being able to adapt to changing circumstances, incorporate new behaviors and follow new processesThe ability to let go of what makes you comfortableA tolerance for ambiguityWhy is a mindset of resilience important?

Charles Darwin phrased it best: “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one that is most responsive to change.”
