The Great Resignation has become the moniker for two phenomena – increased numbers of employees quitting their jobs voluntarily (usually to take on another job elsewhere), and a sense of a looming wave of attrition driven by COVID-era induced burnout and disengagement within the workforce, according to a new report from Russell Reynolds Associates’ Thomas Handcock.

Leaders are concerned, according to the search firm’s latest research.
