According to the latest data from CV-Library, the UK’s leading independent job site, salaries across the UK saw an increase of 6.6% in September, when compared with data from the same period in 2017.

In fact, the average salary increased from £32,337 in September 2017, to £34,461 in September 2018. What’s more, this hike in pay means that the average salary for Brits is the highest it’s been since January 2017.

A number of the nation’s key industries also witnessed jumps
