Washington, D.C.-based AGB Search, which specializes in higher education leadership assignments, has placed Jerald S. “Jerry” Paul as the new president of the Maine Maritime Academy (MMA) in Castine, ME.
Mr. Paul, the current president of Capitol Access, a government affairs consulting company, will take office this spring. Nancy M. Targett, executive search consultant, and Concetta M. Stewart, principal, executive search consultant, led the search.
Mr. Paul will succeed William J. Brennan, who steps down at the end of April following 12 years in the role. His appointment follows a national search that identified 39 candidates for the position. “This has
