Amazon is now hiring 2,000 workers for a new distribution facility in West Plains, WA. Employees are needed for picking and packing orders.
Even though Amazon officials started hiring for various jobs in February, the company announced Wednesday it has now started general hiring of more than 2,000 positions at its newly constructed processing facility on the West Plains.
The employees are needed for picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing products, and the loading and unloading of trucks at the 2.5 million-square-foot Amazon “fulfillment center” at 10010 W. Geiger Blvd.
