HRO Today Releases Worker Confidence Index Study for Third Quarter 2017

HRO Today announced that it has released its Worker Confidence Index Study for the third quarter of 2017.

In this study, the Worker Confidence Index (WCI) reports an increase of 2.8 points over the prior quarter to 102.5 – also up from the same period one year ago.

Of the four components of the WCI, likelihood of a promotion rose by 3.2 points in the third quarter, while other components remained virtually the same. Congruently, after a sharp decline earlier this year, job security has quickly rebounded and now stands at about where it was five
