Gender pay gap reporting: Don’t leave room for misinterpretation

The legal obligations for gender pay gap reporting are pretty straight forward. You simply need to publish six figures. These are your:

Mean gender pay gap Median gender pay gap Mean bonus gender pay gap Median bonus gender pay gap Proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment Proportion of males and females in each quartile band

And you’ve got until April 5 next year to do it, or slightly sooner if you are in the public sector (March 31).
