Capgemini Group, a Paris-based IT services firm, agreed to acquire LiquidHub, a digital customer engagement firm headquartered in Philadelphia. The acquisition will reinforce Capgemini’s digital consulting capabilities in North America and accelerate its portfolio shift in the region.
LiquidHub estimates 2017 revenue of 200 million euros (US$240 million), and the acquisition price is around two times revenue. The transaction is due to close in the next couple of months.
Established in 2000, LiquidHub targetS clients in financial services, healthcare and life sciences.
